Every illegal migrant should be detained. It's time starmer put the nation's safety above all else. Where has common sense gone? If you flee a country packing a bag why don't they pack documents? It needs to be in law that there will be only one appeal, that proof is required to support asylum, that phones will be removed for examination, that body searches will take place. The asylum law states anyone undertaking a criminal act can be removed from the country - do it
