British justice is only for the offender. Victims are at the bottom of the pile. There is nothing to stop this creature being sentenced as an adult now! Then, if he wants to appeal, take the scan! Get the job done you wig wearing woke judiciary, justice for the people!

I agree. If he wants to be treated as a child then he needs to willingly submit to the scan otherwise he is treated as an adult.

The reason he doesn’t want the scan is that it will probably reveal he is an adult.

I wonder how this would pan out were the victim a member of a judge’s family.

100% agree with you ,Darren ,and I can't adequately express how much I despise the authorities running our Country ( into the ground ) and I include every single person who puts illegal migrants and criminals before the hard working ,law abiding people of this Nation !! Shame on them all. This guy should be sentenced as an ADULT forthwith ,his "human rights " be damned !! RIP Rhiannon. God Bless her family.

When do we reach the point that our Government is guilty of failing to protect its own people? I believe this is the point of the ECHR lawyers…to stop our Government from protecting us. And what recourse do we have when that point is reached, as I believe it now is?

This is heartbreaking Darren. Keir Starmer should be taken to a criminal court and prosecuted for crimes against the citizens of this country. That includes all the lefties who follow him. He is deliberately destroying this country because he is a loser. He knows everyone has turned against him so it's revenge time for a criminal like him. My heart is with that patriotic mother, her son and his grandmother. They are heroes.

He literally has German ID saying he is an adult, the chancer says he didn't understand the questioning and the Italians noted his date of birth for his ID wrong . Darren I wish you were prime minster.

The law does not serve the British people and it is being exploited by foreign criminals. Human rights laws are out of control and lack commonsense to the point they are responsible for a multitude of injustice. The whole legal system needs to be reset, current laws revoked and laws prior to Blair need to be restored.

I like the way Darren Grimes is bearing down on all these subjects.

Everyone involved in these increasingly frequent cases are getting paid (except the victims and their family) while it all grinds on inexorably. We are paying for it.

Just like the migrant circus. Everyone including the smugglers,France, Border Farce, Serco and the migrants themselves are all getting paid. We are paying for it.

Just like the covid inquiry, another sackload of cash for the lawyers and the experts while they discuss and pick over a subject that everyone just wants to forget about. We are paying for it.

Just like every other issue the government gets involved in, I suspect the problem is the number of barristers, lawyers or solicitors that get themselves into parliament. Their first instinct is to have an inquiry which gives them all a job to do for months on end and has the added benefit of putting any issue to bed because by the time it is over, the public has forgotten about it.

And they get to give each other gongs and titles along the way so when they retire the money keeps rolling in as they can just move into the House of Lords, that institution that every new government promises to reform and never does. And everyone gets a nice pension when they retire. No one gets sacked for incompetence, they just move sideways into a new job. Like The Right Honourable Lord Peter Mandleson. Read his Wiki bio, how could anyone in their right mind think he was suitable for the job of Ambassador to the U.S.?

Our Leader in Chief is one of these lawyers and has a title. How can we expect any change under his watch?

How can we change or reform any of this? With a vote every five years that doesn't change the people behind the scenes?

The next vote may be too late, but reform is needed like never before.

Isn’t it time for a close audit of every ECHR judge? Who are they really? What are their political affiliations? Who believes they are fair minded, decent individuals…and not far far left activists?

Who cares what his bone density is? He was a criminal full stop. He shouldn't have been here. Isn't that enough>

Well..enough is enough. Please explain to me why the citizens of this country cannot prosecute the government for dereliction of duty to it's citizens?

No words.
